عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً بِأَرْضٍ، فَجَاءَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّهُ كَانَ قَدْ طَلَّقَنِي، قَالَ: " إِنْ لَمْ تُقِمِ الْبَيِّنَةَ جُلِدَتْ أَهْوَنَ الْحَدَّيْنِ، وَفُرِّقَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ زَوْجِهَا الْآخَرِ، وَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْهَا، وَتُعَزَّرُ وَتُرَدُّ إِلَى زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ، وَيُسْتَحْلَفُ بِاللهِ مَا كَانَ طَلَّقَهَا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَدَّعِي أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَهَا، وَلَمْ تَدْخُلْ عُذْرًا، فَإِنَّهَا تُرْجَمُ
