عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَلْقَمَةُ بْنُ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ الِاسْتِعَاذَةِ تَكُونُ عَلَى الْحَائِضِ وَالْجُنُبِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِذَا كَانَ فِي قَصَبَةٍ أَوْ رُقْعَةٍ يَجُوزُ عَلَيْهَا
Translation
✧ I asked Ibn al-Musayyib about seeking refuge (istiʿādha) that is on a menstruating woman or a junub person. He said: "There is no harm in it if it is in a tube or on a piece of parchment that she passes over."
