عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
جَلْدُ الزَّانِي أَشَدُّ مِنْ جَلْدِ الْفِرْيَةِ وَالْخَمْرِ قَالَ: " وَجَلْدُ الْفِرْيَةِ وَالْخَمْرِ نَحْوٌ وَاحِدٌ، فَأَمَّا الْخَمْرُ، فَإِنَّمَا كَانُوا يَضْرِبُونَ بِالْأَيْدِي حَتَّى جَعَلَهُ عُمَرُ الْحَدَّ
