عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ وَقَعَ عَلَى أَمَتِهِ فِي عِدَّتِهَا مِنْ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا، فَقَالَ: يُدْعَى لِوَلَدِهَا الْقَافَةُ، فَإِنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُ قَدْ أَخَذُوا بِنَظَرِ الْقَافَةِ فِي مِثْلِ هَذَا
