عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ أَفْتَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِأَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا قَالَ: " يُنَكَّلُ الَّذِي أَفْتَاهُ، وَيُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ امْرَأَتِهِ، وَيُغَرَّمُ الصَّدَاقَ ".
