عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
يُقَامُ الْحَدُّ عَلَى الْأَكْبَرَيْنِ إِذَا أَصَابَ صَغِيرٌ كَبَيِرَةً، أَوْ أَصَابَ كَبِيرٌ صَغِيرَةً ".
