عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَفَا امْرَأَةً لَهُ، وَجَاءَ بِثَلَاثَةٍ، فَجُلِدُوا الْحَدَّ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ بِرَجُلَيْنِ، فَشَهِدُوا قَالَ: " يُجْلَدَانِ وَيُحَدُّ مَعَهُمَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَعْقَبَ بِشَهَادَةٍ تُخَالِفُ الْحَقَّ بَعْدَمَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ، كَأَنَّهُ يَعْنِي أَنَّ الزَّوْجَ قَدْ لَاعَنَ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ بِرَجُلَيْنِ ".
