عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:
الْبِكْرَانِ يُجْلَدَانِ أَوْ يُنْفَيَانِ، وَالثَّيِّبَانِ يُرْجَمَانِ وَلَا يُجْلَدَانِ، وَالشَّيْخَانِ يُجْلَدَانِ وَيُرْجَمَانِ ".
