عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي عَبْدَيْنِ تَنَاكَحَا، ثُمَّ عَتَقَا، ثُمَّ بَغَيَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُجَامِعَهَا، قَالَ: " يُجْلَدَانِ، وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ: " إِنْ أَصَابَهَا، ثُمَّ زَنَيَا رُجِمَ وَرُجِمَتْ ".
