عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يُرَخِّصُ لِغَيْرِ الْمُتَوَضِّئِ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ غَيْرَ الْآيَةِ وَالْآيَتَيْنِ
Translation
✧ Ibn ʿAbbās used to grant a concession to one who is not in a state of wuḍūʾ to recite more than a verse or two.
