عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَادَ رَجُلٌ أَنْ يَسْتَعْرِضَ الْقُرْآنَ فَيَقْرَأَ فِي غَيْرِ صَلَاةٍ أَيَتَوَضَّأُ كَوُضُوءِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الْإِسْبَاغِ وَمَسْحِ الرَّأْسِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: If a man wants to review the Quran and recite outside of prayer, should he perform wuḍūʾ like the wuḍūʾ for prayer in terms of thoroughness and wiping the head? He said: Yes.
