فِي الْأَمَةِ يَنْكِحُهَا الرَّجُلُ وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهَا حُرَّةٌ، فَتَلِدُ أَوْلَادًا قَالَ: " قَضَى عُثْمَانُ فِي أَوْلَادِهَا مَكَانَ كُلِّ عَبْدٍ عَبْدٌ، وَمَكَانَ كُلِّ جَارِيَةٍ جَارِيَتَانِ
