لَا يَضُرُّ الرَّجُلَ أَنْ لَا يُشْهِدَ عَلَى نِكَاحِ غُلَامِهِ أَمَتَهُ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ يُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا "
