لَا يَضُرُّ الرَّجُلَ أَنْ لَا يُشْهِدَ عَلَى نِكَاحِ غُلَامِهِ أَمَتَهُ، وَلَا عَلَى تَفْرِيقٍ بَيْنَهُمَا ".
