عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْأَمَةُ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ
