أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ يُقَالُ: " لَا تُنْكَحُ الْأَمَةُ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ إِلَّا بِأَمْرِهَا، فَإِنِ اجْتَمَعَتَا تَحْتَهُ فَلِلْحُرَّةِ ثُلُثَا النَّفَقَةِ، وَلِلْأَمَةِ الثُّلُثُ
