عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ: " إِذَا نَكَحَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ رَجُلًا لَا تَعْلَمُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ حُرٌّ، ثُمَّ أَدْرَكَهُ رِقٌّ، فَإِنَّهَا تُخَيَّرُ، فَإِنْ شَاءَتْ قَرَّتْ عِنْدَهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَتْ خَرَجَتْ
