✧ A man having intercourse with his wife and she does not perform ghusl until she menstruates

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ،
أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ يُصِيبُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَلَا تَغْتَسِلَ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ، قَالَ: تَغْتَسِلُ وَقَدْ قَالَ فِي الْحَيْضَةِ: أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ، إِنَّ الْجُنُبَ لَتَمُرُّ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَلَا تَمُرُّ الْحَائِضُ
Translation
✧ When a man has intercourse with his wife and she does not perform ghusl until she menstruates, he said: 'She performs ghusl.' He also said regarding menstruation: 'It is more severe than major ritual impurity. The junub may pass through the mosque, but the menstruating woman may not.'
