عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَا:
إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ عِنْدَ الْحُرِّ فَلَا خِيَارَ.
