عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا أُعْتِقَتِ الْأَمَةُ عِنْدَ الْعَبْدِ خُيِّرَتْ، فَإِنِ اخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَإِلَّا فَلَيْسَتْ بِشَيْءٍ
