عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ،
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُجِيزُ طَلَاقَ الْعَبْدِ، وَلَا يُجِيزُ نِكَاحَهُ.
