أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، كَانَ يَقُولُ:
طَلَاقُ الْعَبْدِ بِيَدِ سَيِّدِهِ، إِنْ طَلَّقَ جَازَ، وَإِنْ فَرَّقَ فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ إِذَا كَانَا لَهُ جَمِيعًا، وَإِذَا كَانَ الْعَبْدُ لَهُ وَالْأَمَةُ لِغَيْرِهِ طَلَّقَ لِلسَّيِّدِ إِنْ شَاءَ
