عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ عِدَّتُهَا وَطَلَاقُهَا وَقِسْمَتُهَا كَهَيْئَةِ الْمُسْلِمَةِ.
