عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا ارْتَدَّتِ الْمَرْأَةُ وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، فَلَا صَدَاقَ لَهَا، وَقَدِ انْقَطَعَ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا، فَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ كَامِلًا
