إِذَا أَنْكَرَ الرَّجُلُ حَمْلَ سُرِّيَّتِهِ دُعِيَ لَهُ الْقَافَةُ، فَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ أَحْصَنَهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ، لَا يَجُوزُ عَلَيْهَا مَا قَالَ
