عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ بَعْضَ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ يَقُولُ:
لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ فَالثُّلُثَانِ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ فَالثُّلُثَانِ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْمَوَالِي فَلِمَوَالِي أُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ
