عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّ بَعْضَهُمْ يَقُولُ: لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَلِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ مَا بَقِيَ قَالَ: " وَأَرَى إِنْ كَانَ مَعَهَا إِخْوَةٌ فَلَهُمْ مَا بَقِيَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ أُمٌّ
