عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
ابْنُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ عَصَبَتُهُ أُمُّهُ هُمْ يَرِثُونَهُ وَيَعْقِلُونَ عَنْهُ، وَيُضْرَبُ قَاذِفُ أُمِّهِ، وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ أَبُوهُ وَأُمُّهُ
