عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ صَمَّاءَ بَكْمَاءَ، قَالَ: " هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمَيِّتَةِ، أَضْرِبُهُ "، وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ: " لَا أَضْرِبُهُ حَتَّى تُعْرِبَ عَنْ نَفْسِهَا
