عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ وُلِدَ لَهُ اثْنَانِ فِي بَطْنٍ، فَانْتَفَى مِنْ أَحَدِهِمَا، وَأَقَرَّ بِالْآخَرِ، قَالَ: " يَنْتَفِي مِنْ أَحَدِهِمَا جَمِيعًا، أَوْ يَدَّعِيهِمَا جَمِيعًا
