عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ إِذَا لَاعَنَهَا
