1246 1234 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ:
وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ مَوْلَى عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ نُدْبَةَ. متن مخفيدَخَلْتُ عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَرْسَلَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ إِلَيْهِ فَإِذَا فِي بَيْتِهِ فِرَاشَانِ فَرَجَعْتُ إِلَى مَيْمُونَةَ فَقُلْتُ مَا أَرَى ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَّا مُهَاجِرًا لِأَهْلِهِ فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِلَى بِنْتِ مِشْرَحٍ الْكِنْدِيِّ امْرَأَةِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ تَسْأَلُهَا فَقَالَتْ لَيْسَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ هَجْرٌ وَلَكِنِّي حَائِضٌ فَأَرْسَلَتْ مَيْمُونَةُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَتَرْغَبُ عَنْ سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُبَاشِرُ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ حَائِضًا تَكُونُ عَلَيْهَا الْخِرْقَةُ إِلَى الرُّكْبَةِ أَوْ إِلَى نِصْفِ الْفَخِذِ سند مخفيعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: وَذَكَرَهُابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ مَوْلَى عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ نُدْبَةَ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةُ.
Translation
✧ Ibn Jurayj mentioned it from Ibn Shihab, from Habib the client of Urwah, from Nudbah. Matn: I entered upon Ibn Abbas, and Maymunah had sent me to him. I found two beds in his house. I returned to Maymunah and said: I see Ibn Abbas as nothing but one who has abandoned his wife. She sent to Bint Mishrah al-Kindi, the wife of Ibn Abbas, asking her. She said: There is no abandonment between me and him, but I am menstruating. So Maymunah sent to Ibn Abbas: Do you turn away from the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to have intimate contact with a woman from among his wives while she was menstruating, with a cloth on her reaching to the knee, or to the middle of the thigh. Isnad: Abd al-Razzaq said: And Ibn Jurayj mentioned it from Ibn Shihab, from Habib the client of Urwah, from Nudbah, from Maymunah.
