أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: فَنَفَاهُ بَعْدَمَا احْتَلَمَ قَالَ: " فَيُجْلَدُ وَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ إِنَّمَا ذَلِكَ لِحِدْثَانِ مَا تَضَعُ وَأَقُولُ: إِذَا أَقَرَّ بِذَلِكَ بِابْنِهَا وَلَا يُنْكِرُهُ فَلَا نِفَايَةَ لَهُ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَضَعْ
