عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ:
لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الصَّبِيِّ شَيْئًا حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ
