عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
لِكُلِّ مُطَلَّقَةٍ مَتَاعٌ، إِلَّا الَّتِي طُلِّقَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُدْخَلَ بِهَا، فَلَهَا النِّصْفُ، وَلَا مَتَاعَ لَهَا
