عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّخَعِيِّ، وَعُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَا:
لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ وَلَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا وَلَا عِدَّةَ عَلَيْهَا
