عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، وَابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا فَبَتَّهَا مَرِيضًا فَانْقَضَتِ الْعِدَّةُ فَلَا مِيرَاثَ بَيْنَهُمَا
