✧ The pregnant woman who sees blood

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى نَافِعٍ أَنْ سَلْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ - حَسِبْتُهُ قَالَ: تَرَى الدَّمَ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ - فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ نَافِعٌ أَنِّي سَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ: إِنَّهَا إِذَا رَأَتِ الدَّمَ بِغَيْرِ حَيْضٍ، وَلَا زَمَانَيْنِ فَإِنَّهَا تَغْتَسِلُ وَتَسْتَثْفِرُ بِثَوْبٍ وَتُصَلِّي
Translation
✧ I wrote to Nafi': 'Ask Sulayman b. Yasar about a woman'—I think he said: 'who sees blood while she is pregnant.' Nafi' wrote back to me: 'I asked him and he said: If she sees blood that is not menstrual and not [at the time of] two periods, then she should perform ghusl, secure a cloth, and pray.'
