عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَغَيْرِهِ
فِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ ﴾قَالَ: " هُوَ عَلَى وَارِثِ الصَّبِيِّ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ لِلصَّبِيِّ مَالٌ
