أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: امْرَأَةٌ تُطَلَّقُ فَتَرَى الدَّمَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَضَعَ، أَحَيْضَةٌ ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ: لَا وَلَكِنْ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ تَغْتَسِلُ لِكُلِّ صَلَاتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ تَجْمَعُهُمَا قُلْتُ: يَغْلِبُهَا الْوَجَعُ، قَالَ: فَلْتَتَوَضَّأْ وَلْتُصَلِّ حَتَّى تَضَعَ
Translation
✧ I said to Ata: A woman who is divorced and sees blood before giving birth—is that menstruation? He said: No, but she is like a woman with istihadah; she performs ghusl for every two prayers and then combines them. I said: Pain overcomes her. He said: Then let her perform wudu and pray until she gives birth.
