عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ عَلَى مَنْ نَفَقَتُهَا قَالَ: كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَرَى: " نَفَقَتَهَا إِنْ كَانَتْ حَامِلًا أَوْ غَيْرَ حَامِلٍ فِيمَا تَرَكَ زَوْجُهَا "، فَأَبَى الْأَئِمَّةُ ذَلِكَ، وَقَضَوْا بِأَنْ لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا
