✧ Ghusl of the menstruating woman

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:

قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: هَلْ لِلْحَائِضِ مِنْ غُسْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، إِلَّا أَنْ تُنَقَّى تَغْرِفُ عَلَى رَأْسِهَا ثَلَاثَ غَرَفَاتٍ أَوْ تَزِيدُ، فَإِنَّ الْحَيْضَةَ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ.

Translation

✧ I said to Ata: Is there a prescribed ghusl for a menstruating woman? He said: No, except that she cleanses herself; she pours three handfuls on her head or more, for menstruation is more severe than janabah.
