عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،
سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ خَرَجَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ فِي بَادِيَةٍ فَمَاتَ قَالَ: " تَرْجِعُ إِلَى بَيْتِهَا فَتَعْتَدُّ فِيهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ حِينَ خَرَجَ قَدْ أَجْمَعَ عَلَى طَلَاقِهَا فَتَعْتَدُّ فِي بَادِيَتِهَا
