عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
لَيْسَتِ الْمَبْتُوتَةُ الْحُبْلَى مِنْهُ فِي شَيْءٍ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ يُنْفِقُ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ أَجْلِ وَلَدِهِ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ غَيْرَ حُبْلَى فَلَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا
