عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ مُطَلَّقَةٍ، أَوْ مُتَوَفًّى عَنْهَا، تَجِدُ فِي بَطْنِهَا كَالْحَشَّةِ، لَا تَدْرِي أَفِي بَطْنِهَا وَلَدٌ أَمْ لَا، وَهِيَ تَجِدُ كَالْحَرَكَةِ، تَشُكُّ، " قَالَ: " فَلَا تُعَجِّلْ بِنِكَاحٍ حَتَّى تَسْتَبِينَ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِي بَطْنِهَا وَلَدٌ ".
