عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ طَلَّقَهَا وَفِي بَطْنِهَا تَوْأَمَانِ، فَلَمْ يُرَاجِعْهَا حَتَّى وَضَعَتْ وَاحِدًا، وَفِي بَطْنِهَا الْآخَرُ، فَإِنَّهَا امْرَأَتُهُ مَا لَمْ تَضَعْ حَمْلَهَا كُلَّهُ
