أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ، عَنِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ فَقَالَ: تُصَلِّي وَتَصُومُ، وَتَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ، وَتَسْتَثْفِرُ بِثَوْبٍ، ثُمَّ تَطُوفُ، قَالَ لَهُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى: أَيَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا أَنْ يُصِيبَهَا ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ: أَرَأْيٌ أَمْ عِلْمٌ ؟ قَالَ: سَمِعْنَا أَنَّهَا إِذَا صَلَّتْ وَصَامَتْ حَلَّ لِزَوْجِهَا أَنْ يُصِيبَهَا
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said:
✧ Ata' was asked about the mustahadah and he said: 'She prays and fasts and recites the Quran, and she should use a cloth as a waist-wrapper, then she circumambulates.' Sulayman b. Musa said to him: 'Is it lawful for her husband to have intercourse with her?' He said: 'Yes.' Sulayman said: 'Is that opinion or knowledge?' He said: 'We have heard that when she prays and fasts, it is lawful for her husband to have intercourse with her.'
