عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ:
إِنْ خَيَّرَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَقَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ، وَإِنْ خَيَّرَهَا وَاحِدَةً فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ
