عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ، أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ أَسَاءَ صُحْبَتَهَا، وَلَمْ يَعْدِلْ عَلَيْهَا فِي الْقَسْمِ وَكَانَ بِأَرْضٍ فَتَرَكَ النَّفَقَةَ عَلَيْهَا ؟ فَقَالَ: إِنْ عُدْتُ إِلَى ذَلِكَ فَأَمْرُهَا بِيَدِهَا. قَالَ: " لَيْسَ هَذَا بِشَيْءٍ، وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ قَبْلَ هَذَا يَقُولُ: هُوَ بِيَدِهَا
