عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ: اذْهَبْ فَطَلِّقِ امْرَأَتِي ثَلَاثًا، فَطَلَّقَهَا وَاحِدَةً، فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ لِأَنَّ الْوَاحِدَةَ مِنَ الثَّلَاثِ، وَإِنْ قَالَ: طَلِّقْ وَاحِدَةً، فَطَلَّقَ ثَلَاثًا فَهُوَ خِلَافٌ، لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ
